Wait No More!

We’ve been anxiously awaiting the big day and pondering over the shape and style of Kate Middelton’s dress. Finally our questions have been answered! Kate wore an ivory and white satin gazar with French Chantilly lace gown, created for her by Sharon Burton of fashion House Alexander McQueen yesterday at the royal ceremony.

The dress had an air of simplicity and modesty, but the plunging sweetheart neckline gave the gown a dramatic element. We couldn’t help but think-was she channeling the timeless beauty of Grace Kelly?

Royal Wedding Extravaganza!

Okay, we'll admit it, we are joining the royal wedding craze that is surrounding Prince William and Kate Middleton! Who doesn't dream of marrying a prince and getting to wear the most beautiful and extravagant princess wedding gown made specifically for your special day? And, she gets a crown. And fine china named after her! We're jealous... and extremely intrigued. Kate is a beautiful woman and she has a classic yet modern sense of style, so we are so excited to see what she will wear for her wedding gown!

We recently came across a website that shows different sketches from some of the best designers in the world (uhm, could we have Monique sketch up a gown for us too?) and also some unknowns, which is what Kate is great about. She helps awesome designers who are on the brink make it to the map, so we wouldn't be surprised if she does the same thing with her wedding gown designer too.

Mother's Event at Charlotte's!

We have another event coming up at Charlotte's for you to add to your calendar.

On December 4th, mothers and grandmothers who have a bride at Charlotte's are invited to receive 20% off their off-the-rack or special order purchases.

On December 11th we will open the event to the public, where mothers and grandmothers are able to receive 10% off their special orders or off-the-rack purchases and the bride does not have to have purchased her dress from us.

Another item to think about- we now have started our 2011 prom season! We have put out all of our new prom dresses, and they are AMAZING! We can't wait for the girls to see them! Book your appointment today if you're a prom girl, because these dresses will go fast!

• Military brides can receive a free wedding gown with proof of military ID and deployment papers (either hers or her fiance's)

November 19th and 20th: Bridesmaids can receive 20% off their dress orders!

• Bride must have purchased her wedding gown through Charlotte's for her bridesmaids to take advantage of this special

• Payment is due at the time of measurement

Brides Across America is Coming Back to Charlotte's!

Great news! Brides Across America is coming back to Charlotte's! After such a successful and rewarding event in July, we are going to be participating in the program once again in Novemeber.

Here's all the details of the event:

What: Brides Across America

Where: Charlotte's Bridal

208 Copeland Ave.

La Crosse, WI 54603

When: November 10th and November 11th, 2010

running all day from 10am until 7pm both days

What to bring: You or your fiance's military ID and proof of current deployment

Once again, the event will be held as first come, first served! You will need to have your military ID and proof of deployment ready at the door before you try on any dresses.
