What was it like working with Charlotte’s? Working with Charlotte's Bridal was nothing but positive! Our consultant, Nancy, was so helpful. She helped us with my dress, dresses for the bridesmaids, tuxes for all the guys, my mom's dress, and even my grandma's dress. The girls at Charlotte's had a lot of great advice and were always willing to give an honest opinion. It was a very special and personal experience because of the exceptional staff and great selection. Charlotte's Bridal had everything we needed and a very friendly staff to ease any wedding dress stress!

What is one piece of advice you would give brides that are just beginning their search for the perfect wedding gown?: Go to Charlotte's! Have an idea of what you are looking for, bounce ideas around and try some on. Dresses look much different on a hanger than they do on you.

What was it like working with Charlotte’s?

My experience at Charlotte's Bridal was like no other. Charlotte's provided personal service that no one else compared to. For the people working at Charlotte's, helping people find their dream dress is their career. Other places I went, it was a part-time job they did for fun. The team was honest and sensitive to my dress preferences. They let me try on whatever I wanted even though they could possibly predict it wasn't going to be the dress I eventually chose. I loved going here they made me feel like a princess every time I came ….even after I was already married and went back they made me feel so welcome!!

Featured Bride Friday: Janine

Our Beautiful Bride this week is Janine Stanton!

Janine and Mike were married on September 10, 2011.

Florist: HyVee Floral
Hair & Make-up: My friend Ah Vang did my hair at Fantastic Sams in Winona. It turned out amazing! I did my own make-up at my house with my Maid of Honor and one of my bridesmaids.

What was it like working with Charlotte’s? The first time I worked with Charlotte's was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and kept in mind my ideas of what I wanted in my dress. I was fortunate enough to participate in the military event, Brides Across America, that you graciously offered and was able to find my dream dress. After I found my dress, we started discussing what type of veil would go with it. The staff member I worked with was able to pinpoint the veil perfectly- same color, design and beading on my dress! During my alterations, the staff was very nice and willing to listen to any comments or concerns I would have with my dress. I was pleased with my overall experience with Charlotte's Bridal and I cannot thank them enough for the experience.

What is one piece of advice you would give brides that are just beginning their search for the perfect wedding gown?: Don't over criticize the small details on a dress that may be The One for you. Try on gowns that you might like but don't necessarily love on the rack. Focus on what you want for your dress, not what others want to see you in. It is your day and you should be able to live your dream.

Featured Bride Friday: Emily

This Friday's Beautiful bride is Emily Breitenfeldt.

Emily and Aaron were married September 10, 2011.

Wedding Gown Designer: Exponovias
Florist: Sunshine Floral in La Crosse, WI
Hair & Make-up: My hair was done by Metropolitan Salon and Day Spa in La Crosse, WI. I did my
own make-up.

What was it like working with Charlotte’s? Amazing! I was so pleased with the service that they provided. There were moments that I had doubts about my dress, moments that I was stressed about the bridesmaids dresses, a lot of debate over the vests to choose for my groom and groomsmen, and my mom wanting to return her dress- twice! But through it all, the girls at Charlotte's were very easy to work with and stayed with me every step of the memorable way!
